Replaced my 32GB phone of the same make and model with a 64 GB and I'm very impressed. Functionality is good, the condition is brilliant and it arrived well before the due date. I was able to replace my original phone which was largely brand new with this phone seamlessly. It doesn't come with the tool to remove the sim so make sure you have one before buying.

Fantastic service from Back Market, but sadly I feel I have chosen the wrong phone. I loved my old Galaxy S7 and find the A21s far too big and heavy for me, and also having to find the button on the side to wake it up, which seems to hide behind the case cover which is very annoying! I guess as an old bird I'm finding it hard to break old habits and hope I'll get used to it. I'm sure it's a brilliant phone, but just not for me!

Phone arrived well packed, on time and as described. Works a dream. We'd ordered a 'good' condition one, to save money, expecting a few scratches or dents, but the condition is perfect. Thank you.

Amazing condition, Good price, Perfect screen condition (pretty much brand new), came with a nice charger and overall I am very happy, One thing to note is my phone did not arrive with a "SIM-CARD" tray but for me personally this was not an issue, very happy with the price I paid & how fast it came.
