The Galaxy S9 arrived in perfect condition, it looked brand new! Bought in November 2021 and still going strong.(Feb 2024) Unfortunately, my screen got accidentally broken so I've ordered another one. I had no hesitation in returning to Back Market to replace my mobile phone and highly recommend the company. Excellent value for money, swift dispatch and well packaged items. Very reliable all round.

I don't usually buy refurbished electrical but i really can't fault it. The website was quick and easy to use the both back market and the company that sold through them, have an a quick and efficient service. Really happy with my new phone, the quality of my phone was a lot better standard to what I thought. delivery was a bit long but definitely worth the wait. Excellent condition Samsung galaxy 9 for £120,as good as new. Bought to replace one with smashed screen.... Why upgrade and buy into another long expensive contract. Fast delivery and recommended company to use.

Phone is better than expected. It's an S9 but came with Android 10 very pleased about that. Before I swapped my Sim into the phone I spent many days going through settings disabling lots of Apps and battery saving actions, enabling battery saving mode is not enough, had to go into every app to disable background usage. It was a week well spent as the phone is now sweet. That was not a Backmarket issue it is just the way Android is, I go two days between charges now. I will recommend friends to Backmarket if the opportunity arises.
