Galaxy S8 64GB - Dark Red - Unlocked

I have used black market for years now and I actively encourage all family and work mates to use them. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the phone I have received. Keep up the good work.

Phone arrived promptly; seemed to me to be in fine condition and working well (not that I'm any sort of connoisseur of smartphones). Very happy with it and pleased to be able to buy reconditioned; I'm already a serial purchaser of refurbished laptops. It's good to know this can happen with smartphones too. I would have highlighted the very smiley face but I can't bring myself to use the word "awesome" other than ironically, too old for that, so it had to be 4/5.

phone didn't work. hit factory reset to set up for myself and got locked out of phone and needed previous owners Gmail account to get into it. safe to say phone has been sent back!!! so 150 out of account for three weeks for no reason

Not really sure what to expect, but the phone (Galaxy S8) seems to be performing well. The order process was easy and the delivery comms were effective and efficient. When I next need a new phone, I'll be coming back to Back Market.

The biometric functionality on the phone — including the fingerprint sensor and iris scanner — was not working. I contacted Black Market, who responded quickly with troubleshooting options, but after trying them all, nothing worked. They offered for me to return the phone for a refund, but due to my current circumstances, that wasn’t possible, so I’ve had to keep it. It’s disappointing, as one of their assurances is that all sensors are tested and fully functional, which wasn’t the case with my device. Otherwise, the phone itself works fine.

The phone was in lovely condition and arrived quickly. It was a pleasant surprise for my son who had broken his phone. Always use back market and will be back!
