1/5The phone arrived without a charging point cover but much worse the phone could not read SD Cards! Seriously disappointed with the seller and Backmarket. I first put in an SD Card that I know is working but it did not work in this phone. I wasted £24.99 buying a brand new SD Card but the phone can not read that either! Backmarket refuse to reimburse me the £24.99 I wasted on an SD Card. Why are they sending out broken inferior shoddy phones, they are supposed to be fully refurbished. Backmarket are scammers and time wasters. I will be warning potential buyers about them on Trustpilot and any other way possible. I asked for a refund for the phone. I got the full amount back but nothing can compensate me for the time wasted and the experience of dealing with their customer services and the awful returns process. They do not send out a returns label with the phone, you have to print it! What if you do not have a printer, I don't have one. You have to waste more money and time getting a print of the label. Completely awful experience from start to finish with these charlatans! I have bought a phone from them in the past that went well BUT when it goes wrong it really goes wrong!
