5/5Phone received and it is as 'new'. The battery life is excellent. No scratches or visible damage. There is a slight scuff on rear of the phone but not really noticeable. The phone was received promptly. Well worth buying from Back Market!

5/5There are so many scams online for refurb and new phones it's difficult to know who to trust. After deciding to go with a refurb this time the only creditable choice looked to be Back Market I ordered an S24 ultra in good condition and it arrived the next day with not a mark on it. It looks brand new! The only slight niggle is the emails I got tracking the delivery gave a reference and link to the Royal mail website. They didn't work, that was because it was delivered by DPD. But as it arrived a day earlier than expected it was no big deal Overall, very happy with my experience. I would definitely use Back Market again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a refurb phone
