absolutely brilliant, this was tge 2nd phobe i ordered , first was and s20 ultra at excellent condition, came with a repair log showing that my phone was the equivalent of the ship of theseus with the amount of brand new parts they put in the thing. This S22 Ultra came with 3 paint chips but other than that i am very happy. my only warning is that since these are 2nd hand phones if the screen was not replaced, screen burn tends to set in rather quickly so i have had to find ways of blacking out obvious hazards such as a screen overlay to black out the bottom centimeter of the phone to ensure that you do not get a little house symbol burned in from youtube, tiktok and instagram as well as the plus symbol at the mid-bottom section as well. Once a good app is found in which you can quick toggle the overlay and use gesture controls, it prevents the obvious burns. TLDR: Amazing quality phones , just beware that your phone might easily get screen burn.

Ordered a "Fine" condition S22 ultra in Burgundy. This device came pristine with the exception of a few scratches in the top right corner of the phone screen. These are usually about £500 on the secondhand market, this one only cost me about £340 in total w/ fees and delivery. The battery is impeccable and the scratches are not visible while the device is in use. I am extremely pleased with how this turned out. Seems to me that the original owner probably accidentally threw their car keys into their phone pocket and just wanted something completely pristine. One of the scratches was a little deep, but again, it doesn't seem to affect the phone when in use. For the amount of money I paid I can't honestly believe the quality and condition of the phone. It is literally brand new aside from the scratches and there are no performance issues whatsoever. The phone was delivered quickly, I ordered on a sunday and recieved the phone by tuesday via. DPD. I was skeptical at first because other reviewers mentioned a PIN code they had to give to the delivery driver- this was not the case for me. It seems like they no longer use this system. Just a speedy and prompt delivery- no hassle, which was a relief. In short, bloody excellent. Cheers.

I chose to buy this refurbished phone from Backmarket because of their reputation for quality, affordability, and environmental friendliness. As a student, I chose a cost-effective option that didn't compromise on performance, especially since my previous phone had issues that made it impractical to repair. Backmarket's extensive selection of refurbished devices and positive reviews made it an attractive option for finding a reliable phone without the high price tag of a new one. Additionally, their warranty and return policy provided some reassurance that I would receive a device in good working order. Unfortunately, my experience has not lived up to these expectations, leading to significant frustration and disappointment. I purchased this phone on June 15 to ensure its arrival before my prom and summer holiday, and it arrived promptly on the Monday after. The purpose of buying this was to take good photos (my previous phone, an S21 Ultra purchased last June from Backmarket seller 4Gadgets, had a defective camera and degenerating screen around the selfie camera a few weeks in, but a certified repair was financially feasible). I am happy with the phone’s speakers, connectivity, screen, haptics, battery, and performance, but I have had some issues. Firstly, the phone was in good condition (just some nicks around the camera circles and scuffs along the top edges at the sides) but had substantial lint around the camera circles (I tried to remove this with an alcohol wipe, but the crut remained; I have been meticulous but it's still not perfect after almost two weeks). The S-pen has at times occasionally performed oddly, writing when it was above the screen (however I can’t prove beyond reasonable doubt that this wasn’t software related), and has once become stuck inside the phone. The fingerprint sensor has also behaved oddly on a few occasions, but again I can’t conclusively prove that this wasn’t the fault of the software. The issue that I found particularly irritating was the smell of the phone, and notably S-pen (odours are, unfortunately, not advertised on Backmarket) which reeked of cigarette smoke. The back of the phone also smelled of smoke, but this was luckily minimised by gently wiping the back with disinfectant, and putting on its case. However, gently wiping the S-pen with alcohol, disinfectant, and letting it air has not affected the smell, and I find this quite upsetting. I have not yet replaced the screen protector in which the phone came, and I have kept it in my brand-new Spigen Tough Armour case to ensure its good condition in case I return it, as I spent a substantial sum on this phone, and I am unhappy with it (this device, through no fault of Backmarket, also caused me to lose four days’ worth of WhatsApp data). I am writing today as it has been almost two weeks since I received the phone, and there appears to be some discoloration in the camera lenses, and the photos have begun to come out looking like they were taken through a layer of grease, despite the outside surfaces being spotless from careful polishing, which I find worrying. I find this particularly frustrating, as I require perfect camera function for this evening (28 June, prom), and for a brief trip abroad next week, when I cannot have any loss of function. I cannot afford to buy another phone and I don’t believe any device would arrive on time, and so I am in quite a technological predicament.

This is my 2nd phone from back market, a upgrade from the s20 ultra the S20 phone is still working 100% apart from me breaking the screen 😑 reason for the upgrade but LOVE the S22 ultra I ordered a fair condition phone as i knew from my 1st order that it would be in top condition and it didn't disappoint 😀 like a brand new phone charge has lasted nearly 2days as well. I don't buy new phones anymore because your basically getting new anyways from here definitely recommend. This time I'm having a screen protector on so I don't break the screen 😅🤦‍♀️ thanks again 😀

what a colour, dark red. My phone looks totally new, no one can identify it's a used phone. Awesome refurbished, full on service. just love it.

This is my fourth purchase from here and never have I regretted my purchases. Phone is immaculate for a refurbished one. I will recommend back market any day, anytime. Backmarket? Why not?

I'm very happy with my purchase of the s22 ultra. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished phone and it looks and performs as good as a new one. Excellent.
