First I want to say that I was pleased to receive the order earlier than I expected it. Second the phone is absolutely as described. I was a bit sceptical at the begging thinking that a refurbished phone will never be the same as the new one but now that I've received my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra all I can say that you can bet is new and not refurbished. I got my phone yesterday as though it was brand new. was initially sceptical to purchase a refurbished phone but i decided to give it a try and am impressed with what i got. Only noticed something is shaking inside. I was very unsure about a refurbished phone but it has been eye opening. The phone is almost as new. I have not found any scratches or marks on the case. Battery life is good as well. The whole experience of buying refurbished was very easy and the quality of the phone has made a convert of me. I had never heard of Back Market before and was a little apprehensive about placing an order, but my concerns were totally unfounded. The phone I selected was rated as in excellent condition and arrived very quickly. When I opened the parcel, the phone was in almost mint condition. I say "almost" as there was a very tiny mark on the side of the case, less than 1mm in size. The phone works perfectly and within minutes I was transferring my data from my old phone. I contacted Back Markets customer support just after the order was place with a couple of questions and they respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. The refurbished S22 Ultra phone that I bought come promptly after I placed the order, and the phone came in the condition as if it was brand new out the box. I was more than happy with this purchase, as it has saved me hundreds of pounds and had I bought a new one on contract I'd still be paying for it 2 to 3 years down the line! It's far cheaper getting a refurbished phone than buying new. It's also better for the environment. I bought a S22 ultra in excellent condition. It came 2 days later and there wasn't a mark on it.
