I am very happy with the phone. The delivery was early, the phone looks great and had no issues swapping and using my existing sim card in the new phone. I was able to transfer everything over from my old phone to new very easily.

The whole process was super simple. I bought a phone in perfect condition and have not had any issues at all. I have had refurbished phones in the past from less reputable sites and the phone is either not as advertised or has issues but my experience from BackMarket ghas been very different; my new phone is perfect.

Samsung S20 FE - The phone itself is immaculate. Perfect condition, not a single blemish on the screen, decent battery life and works superbly. The only small moan, I suppose, it that I got a code via email and another when I downloaded the app and both were rejected. BUT ..... the price was so reasonable, it didn't really matter.

I am a technophobe and 73 yoa. However my dealing with BackMarket have been pain free. I did have help from my daughter to get the new phone set up. I am very pleased with my purchase, it is superior to my previous phone, a Galaxy S9 which I dropped and broke. I bought that from BackMarket too.

Service as usual was 1st class. The phone was classed as Fair but was in Excellent Condition. Very pleased with transaction. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anybody wanting a good 2nd hand phone.
