The phone is in great condition for the price and arrived quickly

Submitted a faulty phone since mid Feb, up to now the refund system through hyperwallet doesn't work, link seems to be broken, they keep telling me to be patient at this date of writing. A simple refund to my PayPal account is turning into a nightmare and taking more than a month now. Nothing to do with the engagement of the service itself but the refund system is wrong and does not work. I just want my money back asap. Lost patience, reason why I am here as I don't have other options like calling and speaking to someone. I will escalate to other platforms as I have all the screenshots if I am not satisfied soon. I now regret telling people to use this website to actually purchase a phone here.

Livraison super rapide, commandé le 01/07 et reçu le 03/07. Produit conforme et en parfait état, première commande sur le site et aucune déception. Le seul petit bémol que je vais ajouter c'est le téléphone mis dans un carton avec juste le câble de chargement, pas de design, pas de boîte et surtout pas d'écran de protection ce qui est assez dommage si le livreur est brusque avec le colis mais heureusement et par chance surtout le téléphone a aucunes rayures et il fonctionne parfaitement ! Je recommande !
