Arrived not a scratch, as brand new. Simple charge up with included charging lead, swap sim card from on phone and connect to the WiFi. Very happy thank you back market. I won't be buying a phone through a contract again. Smart switch app to pull old phone apps and important stuff across to new phone. Very happy!

Absolutely delighted with my Samsung Note 10 plus. Would never guess it was refurbished. Having the s pen is great. I would definitely recommend Back Market. Oh a d delivery was quicker than advised.

Had the Samsung note 10+ now for just over a week all working good so far condition of the phone was excellent arrived super quick very pleased with the phone overall and would definitely use again in the future.

After years of sticking with Motorola I was quite hesitant to move from the G50 (2021) release to the Samsung Note 10+ (2019). I was worried I might be moving a step backwards but after a thorough comparison between the phones I decided to give it a go. The condition of the phone was better than the good option I selected when I unpacked the phone. Felt like I was the first user. I've been using it for close to 2 weeks now and it has been great. Next time I replace my phone I'm definitely coming back to Back Market.

I got the note 10 plus I've order today. on first look the phone looks better than expected for a fair rated phone. however, the back cover is not glued well enough at one of the bottom corners and the gap is big enough to me to put a fingernail in and lift the cover up. I would have preferred this not to be the case but I am going to keep the phone for a while longer while keeping an eye on it.

1 scratch in the middle of the screen about 10mm long only visible at certain angles. So it's appearance is fine. The battery drains within a couple of hours depending what I'm doing with it, so I'm kinda bummed about that. Overall, did I get what I wanted from this deal? Meh so so. I've had to go and buy a new charger to keep up with how quick it goes flat. Fast delivery
