I bought this because I needed a phone for travel, and I thought the Galaxy A05 seemed like a low cost but high quality phone. The e phone arrived just 2 days after I purchased it, and based on the packaging and the appearance of the phone, anyone would think it was brand new. I was very impressed. The only downsides are A) the phone is a bit slow, especially when you first restart it. It’s not frustratingly slow though, so I manage. And B) The camera is a bit lower quality than I’d expected, but I am so pleased with Samsung (I’ve had iphones for the past 13 years!) and when I am ready for an upgrade I will surely purchase through Back Market again

Pretty great experience. Website is easy to use and to navigate and find out the relevant info you need to make decisions about which phone to choose. It's clear and concise. Phone took a wee while to come but came within the specified time frame. My daughter is delighted with her new phone. Thank you

I really wasn't expecting such a lovely flawless phone in it's original box with a brand new fast charging cable to boot. This is my first time purchasing from back market and I'm over the moon! I bought this phone for my son who isn't fussed about having the latest phone and just likes a nice phone to watch his stuff on. He is going to be so happy with this! I much prefer buying refurbished phones as I don't agree with all the waste just for aesthetics. I've used other websites but this is now my new favourite! Very competitive prices and nicer outcome.
