Service and delivery is top. I'm not sure about sustainability yet, because it seems as if new devices are bought cheaply abroad and then sold on via Backmarket, but that's not where the point deduction in my satisfaction comes from. That's more to do with myself. I thought it was a great idea to have an ultrabook, but now I realise that the QWERTY keyboard, the lack of Office and the constant finger smudges on the screen are a real pain and I should have waited for a German device to be refurbished. The folding to the tablet is also a bad feature because then the keyboard is always on the back and you can't hold or stand it without feeling like you're damaging the keyboard. I'm already getting used to Qwerty. Office is annoying but that's the way it is and the rest is shit.
