The Samsung A51 I purchased was described as being in 'Fair' condition so I expected scratches and dents etc. it actually looks almost brand new. The battery does run down quite quickly but will last a day with normal use so not a problem. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience with Backmarket.

Brilliant service and fast delivery- well packaged and arrived safely. This is an emergency phone having experienced some issues with swapping phones/providers. As such, the phone is showing its age from a performance point of view, but it is 4 year old technology, so hardly likely to keep up with the current top end phones.
