In conclusion, the parcel was dropped off at the nearest relay point, i.e. 15 km from my home. I don't know if you have any say in the choice of carrier, but this is not their first time. Hello, I received my smartphone quickly and very well packaged: Samsung A3 2015 in good condition. I'm happy with my purchase except that I got the wrong version and should have taken the 2017 to replace mine (black screen). So I don't have all the functions but that's my fault ;-) It works without a hitch, of course the battery isn't as good, so don't forget the umbilical cord when you're out and about... I'm very happy with the service and feel confident. I'll see you in a while to buy the right version. :-) Thank you

Impeccable condition

Extremely disappointed... I ordered a Galaxy A5 and received a Galaxy A3. No email notifying me of the change of reference. And a change of reference to a lower class. It's scandalous.....even the delivery note in the parcel specifies Galaxy A5... Today I can't find an equivalent to the Galaxy A5 for under £80 on Back Market and I can't return it because the delivery times are too long and I need a phone urgently... I just feel like I've been ripped off and robbed on a misleading sale. I hope to be contacted very soon by Back Market to find a quick solution.
