Really happy with my new phone! It's my 3rd purchase from Back Market and I can't even tell that they are refurbished, they are like brand new! Reasonably priced too, quick delivery, I have nothing negative to say! Will definitely b from here again, thankyou 😁

Phone is great but the charger was dangerous not fitting in the socket properly and was too hot to touch. When I contacted customer service said I wanted a new one they said they would sort it, but the company who sent the phone have said I have to take it up with the company that makes the charger. I cannot believe this! It's not about the money, I have already bought one from Amazon. Would not buy anything else from this company and would not recommend them.

ordered 2 phones and was delighted when they arrived they looked like new ones. bought for our grandchildren, they too were over the moon when I gave them there phones. Unfortunately one of the grandchildren couldn't wait to use it even though she didn't have a case or screen protector and tripped while out walking the family dog and now has a phone that has a chip on the corner of the screen.

Back market itself is great. And the phone looks perfect. Unfortunately since purchasing the phone I have still not been able to use it as my old phone is too old to support the version of smart switch installed on the new phone. So cloning my old phone to my new phone has proved impossible so far.
