Great company and the phone I wanted was in perfect condition, really pleased. HOWEVER, do not trade anything in if you are looking for honesty! I sent my previous phone in having been made an offer. It was in pristine condition, I looked after it extremely well. Once received, the third-party refurbisher offered me a lower amount saying there were dents and scratches. The photos provided were very clearly not the way I had packed up the phone and couldn't have been done in transit - to be frank, if it was even my phone (which I can't be sure of) the photos looked like there were scratches that had been deliberately made in one corner with a scourer or something. Go elsewhere for trade in!!

I have used backmarket before and was pleased I did last time and I'm super pleased this time also, the process was very simple the quality of product is outstanding for a refurbished phone it's as good as new and the ordering delivering process was spot on couldn't get any better 5star review deserves 6 I have and would recommend to everyone thank you backmarket I will certainly be back soon! 💯😍❤

Replaced my 32GB phone of the same make and model with a 64 GB and I'm very impressed. Functionality is good, the condition is brilliant and it arrived well before the due date. I was able to replace my original phone which was largely brand new with this phone seamlessly. It doesn't come with the tool to remove the sim so make sure you have one before buying.

Fantastic service from Back Market, but sadly I feel I have chosen the wrong phone. I loved my old Galaxy S7 and find the A21s far too big and heavy for me, and also having to find the button on the side to wake it up, which seems to hide behind the case cover which is very annoying! I guess as an old bird I'm finding it hard to break old habits and hope I'll get used to it. I'm sure it's a brilliant phone, but just not for me!
