    I bought this laptop for my daughter for her 10th birthday, just as I did for her older sister 2 and a half years ago. As good as the quality was then, this one isn't worth the "very good condition". It's very slow and has bugs, unfortunately as I hid it away until its birthday and didn't have time to test it, I realised after the date when I could send it back for servicing. I had confidence in Back Market, having had good experiences so far, but I can't say the same for this purchase... What's more, it now has a malfunction that seems irreversible: we can't connect it to WiFi or switch on Bluetooth... I need to buy my eldest daughter a new mobile phone, and I'm hesitating to buy it on Back Market...
