PlayStation 4 Pro 1000GB - Black + Call of Duty: WWII

The controller was not working. After a lot of research on the internet, I found out that the problem was the data/usb cable. I had to go and buy a new one to get it to work. I thought they checked these things before they shipped the product.

PS4 delivered in a battered cardboard box, left on my doorstep despite my disagreement with GLS, all in the rain ... A single sheet of bubble wrap, base missing. For the moment it works ... A detail the controller delivered does not hold the load. Disappointed. Guys, we've got some work to do!

Good reception on 20/12/2024. Very pleasant surprise, as the PlayStation PS4 Pro was announced on 23 or 24/12, whereas my granddaughter was reported as no longer being at home from 22/12. A serious dialogue with your sales assistant when I phoned to anticipate delivery. It has to be said that things happen by chance, despite the logistician's failure to reply to my email alert and, above all, the stress imposed on the 73-year-old man. The PS4 works fine. However, a message asks for a camera (?). Was it supposed to come with this equipment? What's more, there's no start-up or operating manual. At least for an 11-year-old child... Rest assured, old but not cognitively impaired, I've downloaded the manual from the internet. At least point out the best link... Thank you and good luck in 2025.
