As always, ordering via Back Market is reliable and you are kept well informed about everything. The camera was sold in "very good" condition. However, when it arrived, the packaging was completely crumpled and the camera was dirty. The lens hood for such a camera is quite expensive and a standard accessory; this was missing. When asked, the seller was unable to supply a replacement, which is why I had to take care of it additionally. I also received a 128GB SD card, which was supposed to meet the requirements of 4K videos. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working and various software tests showed that it was a fake SD card. The storage capacity is extremely small. I have tried various methods but my data is lost. The camera is basically fine, but all these little things really disappointed me. The seller stands out negatively in my Back Market experience. A return was also out of the question for me, as I urgently needed the camera.
