Purchase no problem, very fast delivery... The product seems to be quite good, although it will take some time to test it fully.

The transport company has been lousy. Both Colissimo in France, without offering any help, their customer support is lousy, and very bad. The company in Italy, BRT, who had to transport the order was also incredibly inefficient and lousy, they offered no help or facilities, they did not give you any information nor did they notify you of any news about the order. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had to insist and find my own way to pick up the order, the company wouldn't have solved anything. It is a pity that after paying a good amount of money I have this feeling because of the inefficiency and bad service of the courier and transport companies.

The product looks great. Appears to work correctly. One small fault: the lens cover does not close completely spontaneously. You have to help by tapping the camera! G.W.

L'appareil a ete livré avec une rayure sur l'objectif et une batterie qui n'est pas d'origine. Maintenant il ne veut plus s'allumer ou s'éteindre. J'espère être remboursée.
