Dont use back market. Definitely dont use thier insurance. I paid for two years worth of insurance, the phone they sent me died on me after 8 months due to no fault of my own, they had sent me a faulty phone. They then informed me that due to the phone dying on me and not being able to replace it, any new phone I buy with them will not be covered by the insurance for the final 14 months I have left on the insurance and they will not be refunding me for that insurance. It makes no sense at all. They sent me faulty phone, so they should refund my insurance. Therefore I will be returning the replace phone I bought from them and I will never use this company again.
