2.8/5I heard about this website through a recommendation and was drawn to the idea of second-hand goods. I ordered a phone, which had some shipping issues, but it eventually arrived. The phone looked as expected, but the battery life was poor, and it only got worse. I’ve now returned the phone, hoping it comes back in better condition so I can enjoy it. As for the website, the purchase process was easy, but contacting them via email or getting support was very difficult and frustrating for me.
