Phone is quite slow and you need to wait a bit for the camera to actually work. Worst problem I had was when the launcher just didn't work after a restart and I had to install a new one through the settings menu to use the basic phone functions. YouTube and tiktok sometimes freeze up and glitch too but honestly it's really not that much of a problem for me considering the price. Good value, looks good and runs acceptably considering the price

Your service has been great..... however I'm disappointed that phone charge is nearly empty by early afternoon, so has to be put on charge again, is this normal for this phone? Also I have tried to respond to the are you happy....if not contact us.....this comes up as an error so I can't contact you say I'm not completely happy with the phone.
