received the items i purchased quite quickly however thats when it all crumbled down. Firstly, the items were not to an excellent condition. Both console and controler were heavily scratched. ive completed the return process more than 3 weeks ago and still have not received my return. they keep on telling me that the money has been sent to my account, but i can't see it it doesn show anyware i kindly asked backmarket cs to help and explain what to do and keep on telling me the same thing without really helping me receive the money back . if you buy with PayPal, open a case and dont listen to the back market . make sure paypal gets your money back as these guys are not reliable.

I would love to say everything was perfect. The Wii was great, the delivery was great, the price was great but as I did send a question about a problem (that actually was my fault as I know now) I didn't get any kind of answer at all. So I'm really sorry but only 3 stars for not answering.
