It's all good now but I can't believe there was a passcode on here?? I looked up most common passcode and managed to get in, if I couldn't I would've had to get a refund!! Why did this happen?

It's a larger style of mobile more like a tablet than a phone. It has a modern selection of screen wallpaper and a very good clear screen at a affordable price. I am delighted with the quality.
