Poor condition with bent screen Wrong year and version to listing Wrong cpu and series to listing Wrong windows version and not able to update to 11 as pc is incorrect spec … also different to listing So returned very disappointed and terrible service from supplier although the back market staff where very good and could not fault there customer services in anyway Still awaiting a response from supplier to a replacement? …. Deciding if we should report them to trading standards as is a serious breach of our consumer rights .as this wasn’t a little mistake it was blatant fraud.
