Surprised by the product and its quality. I have been using it since it arrived and it responds incredibly well. I bought a version that I assumed would have more visible marks of use, I have only discovered a small bump. for the price, a very good investment.

Physically it has arrived in perfect condition better than I expected "zero damage" in Software it works great and is updated to the latest version of Sonoma. the But would be 2... that the battery wears out very fast (within that is a reacting) which forces me to use it always with cable and what worries me most is that it overheats a lot (80 ° C to 98 ° C) to little that there is safari or a browser or more than 100 with virtual machines, so I had to buy a heat sink base and with the base and if it goes much better even that I can not use VM ... but I do not know if it is because of the heat that is doing in summer or if it is because it does not dissipate heat well. The truth is that I love it and I wouldn't like to have to return it.

The MacBook Pro is doing very well, I don't have any complaints.

After receiving my computer and giving it an exquisite use after 6 months it mysteriously switched off. I sent it to their technical service, they sent it back to me and it turned on, but this time the battery no longer worked: when I removed the charging cable it turned off immediately. I wrote to them again and they told me to send it to them. I sent it back and they told me that the computer has liquid oxidation, which is not my responsibility as I have never exposed the computer to any liquid. Obviously it is a refurbished one and I don't know if the previous owner had it in contact with liquids. I informed them that if they didn't solve the problem I was going to report them and they said yes, they would repair it and they sent me back the computer in the same condition. I feel cheated and deceived by this company. I will never buy from Back Market again. I hope this will help other people to see that they are not responsible for the warranty.
