Absolutely brilliant! I ordered a Mac which was 'Fair'. It arrived and had two tiny marks on the very back edge which were hardly visible. The rest of the machine was in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy anything from BM now, and cannot recommend the highly enough. It was also delivered to me in two days!

It's my first time to try BackMarket and it didn't disappoint! I ordered a Macbook Pro 2018 that says good condition, but when I saw it, it only has a very small scratch on the lid and that's it. Everything else is perfect! I would definitely buy refurb tech from BackMarket again. Imagine how much you're saving from buying a new gadget! And on top of that, packaging was top notch! The charger comes with it is original and brand new.

I bought this MacBook Pro a couple of days ago and it's fab. The item was marked as being 'Fair' - I have to say if I bought this new and it turned up in this condition I would be extremely happy. I will certainly point friends in the direction of Back Market in future.

Bought the 'EXCELLENT' condition, however, there was a slightly significant scratch on the top, covered by a good quality laptop sticker skin, same colour, so I didn't mind too much. The laptop itself works AMAZING so far (it's been 2 weeks). Love what I got for the price I payed!!

I was not sure what to expect being my first purchase with back space. My first macbook delivered had issue with the screen and I contacted backspace who immediately prepared a return label for me to send back either for replacement or refund. A replacement was sent and I am happy with the item. Much better than the initial one. Also great communication from them.
