    My Honest Review of My Recent Order from Back Market I recently placed an order through Back Market and wanted to share my experience with anyone considering buying refurbished tech from them. I ordered a MacBook Pro Retina 15-inches (2018) and was pleasantly surprised overall. The device arrived earlier than expected and was well-packaged, with no signs of damage during shipping. In terms of condition, I chose the Good option as there was a deal, and I’d say it lived up to expectations. I didn’t find any scratches or dents. Functionally, the device worked right out of the box. I ran a few tests, and everything from the battery health to the screen responsiveness and camera seemed solid. I really appreciated the eco-conscious approach and the fact that I saved a good amount compared to buying the same brand-new device. It also came with a 12-month warranty, which gave me peace of mind. That said, the device is heating up very quickly, and I am unsure if that’s supposed to happen. The heat reaches a point where keeping the device on my lap is unbearable. I reached out to BM and followed recommendations which was helpful. Final Verdict: I’d consider using Back Market again.     Absolutely brilliant! I ordered a Mac which was 'Fair'. It arrived and had two tiny marks on the very back edge which were hardly visible. The rest of the machine was in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy anything from BM now, and cannot recommend the highly enough. It was also delivered to me in two days!

    It's my first time to try BackMarket and it didn't disappoint! I ordered a Macbook Pro 2018 that says good condition, but when I saw it, it only has a very small scratch on the lid and that's it. Everything else is perfect! I would definitely buy refurb tech from BackMarket again. Imagine how much you're saving from buying a new gadget! And on top of that, packaging was top notch! The charger comes with it is original and brand new.

    I was not sure what to expect being my first purchase with back space. My first macbook delivered had issue with the screen and I contacted backspace who immediately prepared a return label for me to send back either for replacement or refund. A replacement was sent and I am happy with the item. Much better than the initial one. Also great communication from them.
