My Honest Review of My Recent Order from Back Market I recently placed an order through Back Market and wanted to share my experience with anyone considering buying refurbished tech from them. I ordered a MacBook Pro Retina 15-inches (2018) and was pleasantly surprised overall. The device arrived earlier than expected and was well-packaged, with no signs of damage during shipping. In terms of condition, I chose the Good option as there was a deal, and I’d say it lived up to expectations. I didn’t find any scratches or dents. Functionally, the device worked right out of the box. I ran a few tests, and everything from the battery health to the screen responsiveness and camera seemed solid. I really appreciated the eco-conscious approach and the fact that I saved a good amount compared to buying the same brand-new device. It also came with a 12-month warranty, which gave me peace of mind. That said, the device is heating up very quickly, and I am unsure if that’s supposed to happen. It's my first time to try BackMarket and it didn't disappoint! I ordered a Macbook Pro 2018 that says good condition, but when I saw it, it only has a very small scratch on the lid and that's it. Everything else is perfect! I would definitely buy refurb tech from BackMarket again. Imagine how much you're saving from buying a new gadget! And on top of that, packaging was top notch! The charger comes with it is original and brand new.

Absolutely brilliant! I ordered a Mac which was 'Fair'. It arrived and had two tiny marks on the very back edge which were hardly visible. The rest of the machine was in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy anything from BM now, and cannot recommend the highly enough. It was also delivered to me in two days!
