    You guys clearly state everything is checked before sending off, you can literally hear the speakers buzzing and that they are faulty when turning in the Mac. I have been massively inconvenienced and delayed by this poor quality of service. Like yeah your going to repair it, you shouldn’t have to take it back and repair it if you just did your job correctly.
