MacBook is absolutely flawless, like it was fresh from Apple's factory even though it is nearly 9 years old and was marked as "fair" condition. Was packed, dispatched and received exactly when Back Market told us it would.

The MacBook Pro was good. Customer service and delivery was good. The spec is as advertised. The grade I got spoke of scratches to the body of the Mac which I didn't mind. Unfortunately, the defect on the body was quite pronounced so much so that I could see the effect on the screen when it is dark. Other than this, my Mrs has used the PC for a couple of months and she has no complaint. It works really well. And I'm glad for the purchase.

I have never bought a secondhand laptop before so was a little concerned as often peoples idea of good can differ. This was the case but I have to say I could see that if it had been sold to me as new I would have thought it was. Yes it's that good. I have never had an Apple device before and haven't used Windows since 98 as it has always seemed such a mess what with reboots and please wait . . don't switch off all lasting a huge amount of time. I've run Linux and the little I have now used Mac O/S I quite like it.

The customer service was outstanding as usual but even better was the quality of the mac book pro early days yet but no scratches beautiful screen works like a dream can't tell uou how pleased I am every time I use it ,thank you again .

Unmarked laptop, just about perfect condition. Battery condition is good, just over 1/2 it's cycles left. Had a little trouble updating to the latest Monterey operating system, but now done it does everything I need quickly. Thanks!
