Much better than I thought it would be. A few nicks but I was looking for functionality, not aesthetics. Came with a close to brand new charger, no loose/rusted ports, and had a 60% charge so I was able to get started transferring my data almost immediately. The keyboard had no missing or sticky keys. Delivery was fast - arriving 2 days after I ordered. The battery is functioning normally - no clogging at the fan level and all screws on the bottom portion are there. I'm used to doing a little bit of extra maintenance on refurbished Macs - but not necessary. Very good job - very impressed.

I ordered the "excellent" version of the laptop, and this is the first time I've ever bought something that has been pre-owned. It's safe to say the experience has the best ever! The mac works so seamlessly, looks absolutely brand new. There are no signs of use at all, everything looks completely new, and if it wasn't for the backmarket box that it came in, I don't think anyone would have been able to tell the difference. So happy and will definitely be purchasing so much more from here.

All I can say at the moment is that the product looked in good condition when it arrived. It took a long time to charge. It is a gift for a grandchild si I handed it over but I’ve had no complaints.

order arrived a little later than was initially expected, however the item itself arrived in good condition and haven't had any problems with it thus far.

I am using this one everything is good but when i used like video youtube or movie everytime screen flickered probably i’ll sort it out then i’ll return but right going smoothly except display

The only sign of wear at all was on the charger - some dirty marks that wiped right off! Outstanding deal
