To be honest I was so pleased when I open the packaging, I purchased the Excellent condition MacBook Pro 2018 and it wasn't looking anything less than a brand new one, the charger and the cable also looked brand new, I can't fault it a bit. All that a side it arrived pretty quick, well packed with special protective sleeve. I would recommend Back Market hand on my heart. Thank you guys, I've already recommended your company to all my friends.

I ordered the "excellent" version of the laptop, and this is the first time I've ever bought something that has been pre-owned. It's safe to say the experience has the best ever! The mac works so seamlessly, looks absolutely brand new. There are no signs of use at all, everything looks completely new, and if it wasn't for the backmarket box that it came in, I don't think anyone would have been able to tell the difference. So happy and will definitely be purchasing so much more from here.

I was a little hesitant when ordering due to the reviews, however I am very happy with the product. I ordered it 3pm and it came the next day at 10am without paying for next day delivery just standard. I am very happy with the condition of the product also. Overall I would recommend!!

Okay, I like the machine and am just concerned with the battery life. I shifted from a MacBook Air 2017. I think its battery life is much better than this Pro one. Not sure where or who to ask for help, as I cannot return it now, I have already started my work on it. It does heat up and the fan starts crying sometimes randomly, I just need better batterylife.

everything is great except some keys are stuck and struggle to work and some times the mouse doesn't work or it freezes and I need to turn it off and on again. debating wether or not to get it sent back

Second purchase, all happy with the product. Some signs of wear around the keypad but to be expected, and for £300 it's more than acceptable.
