    The MacBook Pro 13" arrived and looked great - but unfortunately the space bar didn't work. The customer support team were really helpful and arranged my return for repair. Somehow, the laptop get returned back to me without repair which was disappointing, but I was offered a full refund and again the return was arranged for me. I received updates via chat so I knew what was happening along the way, so the communication was excellent. due to this, I had no concerns about purchasing a replacement laptop from the site, which has arrived and works perfectly.

    Hi there, I purchased a MacBook Pro 13inch 2017 laptop and I’ve only had the laptop for 2 weeks and 3 days. The laptop just shut down and it hasn’t managed to work since. I’ve tried to turn the MacBook back on and charging it but it hasn’t worked or turned back on. I’m really disappointed as it’s my first purchase with your website.     On Sunday 15 December 2024 I ordered a MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2017) - Core i5 - 8GB SSD 256 QWERTY - English (Order # 46963041) but today (17/Dec) what was delivered is just a Type C USB cable (see picture). This is absolutely wrong and annoying. How will I spend close to £300 to buy a MacBook Pro and get a Type C USB cable? Where is my order? Where is my package?

The MacBook Pro "Core i7" 3.5 13-Inch (Mid-2017 Retina Display, Touch Bar, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) technically is a "configure-to-order" configuration of the MacBook Pro "Core i5" 3.1 13-Inch (Mid-2017 Retina Display, Touch Bar, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports), but also is documented as a separate model for reader convenience. Other than processor, these two models are identical.

The MacBook Pro "Core i7" 3.5 13-Inch (Mid-2017 Retina Display, Touch Bar, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) is powered by a 14 nm, 7th Generation "Kaby Lake" 3.5 GHz Intel "Core i7" processor (7567U), with dual independent processor "cores" on a single silicon chip, 64 MB of eDRAM embedded on the processor die, and a 4 MB shared level 3 cache. This notebook also packs 8 GB of onboard 2133 MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM (which could be upgraded to 16 GB at the time of purchase, but cannot be upgraded later), 256 GB or 512 GB of flash storage, and an integrated Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 graphics processor that shares memory with the system.

Externally, this notebook has an integrated 720p FaceTime HD webcam, a thin, backlit "second generation" butterfly mechanism keyboard with an integrated "Touch Bar" touch-sensitive control that adapts for different applications and provides Touch ID login support in lieu of traditional function keys, and a gigantic "Force Touch" trackpad.

Additionally, it has a high-resolution LED-backlit 13.3" widescreen 2560x1600 (227 ppi, 500 nits) "Retina" display, and a integrated battery that provides an Apple estimated 10 hours of runtime.

This notebook is offered in either silver colored aluminum or a darker "Space Gray" colored aluminum housing (but not other colors) and weighs just a bit more than 3 pounds (1.37 kg).

Connectivity includes 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, four "Thunderbolt 3" ports (USB-C connector), and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Compared to its predecessor, this model is effectively identical externally, but has a more advanced processor and architecture.
