Overall happy with the MacBook, my only issue is that once I had set it up I was already told the battery needed servicing. Even for just a fair quality product, I’d expect the battery to be tested and replaced when refurbishing?

Im very happy :) the dealer ''Bitz for All'' upgrade my initial order for newest model . Speed 3.5Ghz Year 2017. I update my laptop MacBook Pro, Run excellent, I download my student packet: Logic, Cutpro, Compressor, etc. Runs perfect. 🤩 Screen not scratch, body word good not scratches on the rear , bottom , key board. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After 8 months my laptop has stopped working. It’s clearly a poor/faulty LCD in the screen which has finally gave up. I have sent it off for repair as it’s still under 12 month warranty and am now being told that it is not covered due to “damage”. May I add, “damage” that I bought it with. It is considered a “good” condition laptop and has a blemish on the rubber around the top of the screen - which I may add, I am totally fine with if I wanted it perfect I would have bought “excellent” or new. The blemish looks to potentially of been caused by overheating. Anyway, the company Smart Fleet LTD advise me this is the cause of my laptop now not working & that they are unable to honour the warranty agreement “due to damage” when this “damage” has been on my laptop since day 1 of me owning it. Save up extra buy brand new, I will never use this company Again. Clearly selling tarted up tech that has been severely overused, heavily damaged & will have a very short shelf life when in your possession.
