I am so impressed with this MacBook! It came within 15 hours of ordering and was in perfect condition even though I selected 'Good' condition. The screen and outside of the MacBook are in mint condition with a few faint surface scratches on the bottom of the laptop. There was minimal wear on the silicone feet which I replaced after a few weeks when I was sure I would be keeping it. Opening the back to put on the new feet also allowed me to see that the inside was also brand new and perfectly expert cleaned as advertised - with not even a spec of dust! This is the first MacBook I have ever owned and I can confidently say I will never go back to windows. Dispite the age of the laptop, which I was a little worried about, it works at exactly the same speed as my 2022 iPad and there is nothing I cannot do with it despite it being 10 years old at this time. The glowing apple on the back is an added bonus! I have always dreamed of having my own MacBook and never would have been able to afford one without BackMarket, and would be worried about the condition if I bought one elsewhere. Arrived in great condition and have been getting on fine however a slight issue with the sound.Seems to be making a muffiling noise whenever i play music or a show which is annoying and it only happened recently was working fine before.

What can I say..nothing bad all good. Placed my MacBook Pro order on Thursday and it arrived on Monday. The MacBook was in excellent condition having no issues. I will definitely use Back Market in the future.

This product came better than expected, it so clean for a good grading. All keys are working and it works smoothly, battery life is good too

The device is okay, but I really need to update it to version 13 in other for it to accept some important applications. What should I do? Or should I return it for a higher device? Thank you.
