The computer was refurbished in Italy, and despite the explanatory sheet included in the parcel, it wasn't easy to configure it with the right language and keyboard. I would have preferred it if the country of origin of the computer had been more clearly indicated! Similarly, it should have been clearly indicated that the charger supplied was not an Apple brand charger.

After using my first purchase for 2 weeks, I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase. The refurbisher has done an excellent job with the MacBook M1 Pro and I look forward to using it for many years to come.

On the whole I'm happy with my purchase, but unfortunately on my latest Backmarkets purchases there's more and more often a small fault that bothers me on a daily basis. The decline in the quality of refurbished products shouldn't make us question whether they're any better than new ones. On the MacBook Pro I've just bought, the '3' key has a little abnormal resistance that sometimes means you have to press it twice. It's more or less annoying, depending on how you type it. This is the type of fault that won't cause you to send the equipment back, but which will still be with you every day. Please, ladies and gentlemen of the reconditioners, check your equipment more thoroughly before sending it to us!

Macbookpro reconditioned "perfect condition" bought for more than 1800€. and I received it with a generic charger, not an Apple brand one. I received it already switched on, and it's impossible for me to configure it and synchronise the data from my old Mac. My opinion is more than mixed.

I'm very happy with my MacBook Pro! It's my first, I bought it in perfect condition and it's great! As for the battery, the standard one is more than enough ☺️. I was a bit apprehensive but I'm really happy!

Very powerful computer that perfectly replaces my old Macbook pro from 2012. Superb screen, excellent sound and much faster. Delivered on time, in perfect condition without a scratch and with a superb screen. Big plus point: you can connect two extra screens with a USBc/Hdmi adapter in addition to the available Hdmi output.
