The MacBook was delivered on time and well packed.

Really happy with my MacBook Pro, the condition is ‘good’ but it has a few very very minor scratches that I don’t even notice and everything else is pristine. Runs like a dream too. Very pleased.

My first ever Mac, I’ve had it for a fortnight and though an iPhone user for many years, wasn’t sure how I’d adapt to the transition. So far the best laptop I’ve purchased. Feels like an investment actually. Though the packaging felt street corner deal-ish, the device actually feels and looks in ‘Excellent’ condition, not just good. Delivery was super swift - literally next day delivery, which was sooner than expected. Expectations most certainly surpassed.

Ordered online ,then looked at Backmarket reviews , lots of critical reviews , then tried to know which supplier , was happy to know it was Music Magpie as i had renewed phone from them . Mackbook Pro M2 was sensibly priced , in good condition , charger is not apple but generic but works OK . Happy with the purchase.

Not very good… there was a mark surrounding the Apple logo on the back of the laptop which is disappointing to say the least… the previous owner had put a stick over the logo, but this refurbishment company sent the laptop to a customer despite this… seriously unimpressive and won’t be buying from them again

Service was excellent, was kept informed all the way and the Mac was as promised, although I did order space grey and silver was delivered. It was not worth returning it for that as we were really in need of the machine. We would recommend black market and I would use them again. Happy customer.

Good quality product and excellent service levels. Replaced my mid 2012 MacBook Pro as grandchildren has spilt orange juice over the key pad. Will look to Backmarket for future tech purchases…..
