Seller sent the wrong item - 15” MacBook Air instead of the 13” ordered, which was needed urgently. This was pretty inconvenient, as was the cumbersome return process (having to print out a physical label and go to a specific courier). The seller has received the item back, but I’ve had no updates yet as to when I will get a replacement. Not very impressed.
