The performance of this product met my expectations after purchasing it. However, I ultimately decided to return it because the display size did not meet my requirements. I highly recommend this product for individuals between the ages of 12 and 15. Furthermore, the return process was remarkably efficient and hassle-free.

Ordered a "good" condition laptop for my mother who's over 60 as a birthday gift (she's always used Windows laptops so for her it was an exciting change up). It arrived in excellent condition with just a minor mark thst was barely noticeable. Shipping was fast, packaging was robust, and I discovered a dust cover was between the laptop when I opened it up which was a nice touch. It runs great and my mom loves it. 5/5 would buy from this seller again.

Whilst I knew not to have high expectations of the laptop considering it’s a used product, I thought selecting Excellent would at least mean that there wouldn’t be any noticeable exterior damages (although small). But the laptop is working as it should, so that should count.
