I am delighted with the purchase, a laptop in perfect condition and works like a charm. The battery is full, very lucky to have found this purchase and the shipping was very fast. I was also able to finance it...so everything was great.

It is very good the only thing is the keyboard that is not illuminated but this was my fault for not reading everything well if it is not a super computer and the service. I recommend it. I wish you a good day Best regards, Noémie

I'm happy with the laptop in general, but the battery lasts very little, I can't go anywhere without the charger because as soon as I've been working for more than an hour the battery drops a lot. In fact I was thinking of returning it but we went on holiday and I don't know if it would still be in time. What can I do?

First time I've bought through this platform and the experience so far is more than bad. The computer does not turn on. It seems to be a problem with the computer itself, not the charger. I will return it, let's see how it goes.

The equipment is working properly, but to be honest, the outer casing is in tatters, and they covered the damage with stickers, a bit shoddy really.

The device works properly, but I ordered it in excellent condition and it has arrived with one of the ventilation grilles partially broken and with a dirt mark on the keyboard that won't come out.
