The computer works well, apart from a problem with the touch-sensitive keyboard that appears a few times. However, on the model I received I have a Spanish QWERTY keyboard covered with self-adhesive AZERTY keys, which does not correspond to the description.

Average experience, faulty battery. The device arrived in good condition, but the battery only lasts 3 hours, which is a long way from the original autonomy (more than eight hours). The supplier offered to replace the battery free of charge, but the device would have to be sent back for more than five to seven days, which didn't suit me. I've suggested to the supplier that they send us a battery directly so that I can replace it myself, but that's not possible. Communication with backmarket's after-sales service was good, though. Potential buyers should therefore take into account the possibility of a faulty battery, and the fact that they will have to send the appliance back to make the warranty work. There were also stickers on the keyboard to adapt it to azerty format.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. Delivery took place within a week. The product corresponds well to the description and even exceeds my expectations (presence of a 4G modem). I was able to install Ubuntu 22.04 without any difficulty. Hardware compatibility is very good (for example, the fingerprint sensor works without any special configuration, battery life is good when wifi and bluetooth are deactivated, etc). My old computer was 10 years old, so I was delighted to switch to such a fast and light machine! I only had one unpleasant surprise when I unpacked it, but it ended well: the cable supplied with the charger to plug it into a mains socket wasn't suitable (three pins instead of two). A shame, really. Fortunately, I was able to find a replacement in my belongings.

This appliance does not suit me. I want to return it. How do I do this?
