Wasn't inspected as there was data still left on the switch but you pay an inspection fee. When I questioned this with customer services all I got was to return it over and over, ignored all my other questions. They wouldn't tell me what they inspected when I asked what the fee was for. Beware as others have said customer service is awful.

Unfortunately one of the Joycons (Nintendo Switch) was not working despite all the listings saying the are fully checked by professionals to ensure they are in full working order. Very slow response to my initial message reporting the problem. When a response was received it was clearly from a bot. It simply reassured me my issue was being dealt with. I had another one the following day basically repeating the same thing. Five days on and the problem has still not been resolved. I would be very reluctant to use them again
