The controller arrived in very ordinary condition, with visible signs of wear, and worst of all, the back button didn’t work at all. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I paid for what was supposed to be a premium-quality item. I had to return it because it simply wasn’t usable. Definitely not the “excellent condition” that was promised

The controller arrived filthy and it took an hour to clean the grime out of the buttons. As it was so close to Christmas it was impossible to send it back and get a replacement in time. After asking for some compensation Back Market offered £5 refund but this did not feel in any way adequate for the level of dirt and the time it took to clean it. We were forced to accept the £5 due to time constraints. We will not use Back Market again for gaming devices.
