I'm very happy with the Back Market products and delivery. Regarding the Jaybird earphones themselves, I have mixed feelings. They seem more secure and less likely to fall out than other earphones I've had, which is important when doing something active. I can't say that they feel very comfortable, but no doubt opinions will vary on that score.
