Llegó muy puntual pero quedé sorprendido que bastante sucios, unos audífonos con mugre de orejas bastante desagradable... To be disinfected 🥸

Product ok. It's a shame there aren't the rubber tips for the different sizes. As a result, I have the smallest ones, and the sound insulation and maintenance are greatly affected. 4/5 for the product for this small but very (very) useful shortcoming to get the most out of the product. As for delivery, TNT announced delivery at 12.48pm. I spent 30 minutes disturbing everyone, including the neighbours, to find out where the bloody parcel was... no trace... complaint to Backmarket... finally, the delivery man quietly showed up at 4.30pm... It's a shame that some people don't take their inspiration from the best... Amazon, when it's marked delivered it's delivered. It's just frustrating to be told that it's delivered, only to have no further information. Delivery 0/5. A mixed first Backmarket experience...
