The iPhone 8 I ordered is like new. I’m very happy with it thank you. I had an iPhone 6s before and this one’s better. The accessory you sent was ok thank you but I just didn’t need another wire. So that’s the reason I’ve have scored that 4.9.

My refurbished iphone was packaged really well and fitted into the letter box, so no need to 'attempt delivery', drive away or leave it outside. A spare charging cable was in the box too. The phone's condition is beautiful. No scratches or marks that I could see. A better condition than I was expecting, according to the sales description. It was easy an easy process, buying from Back Market and delivery was fast.

Bought this for partner as his was on its way out. To be honest I was a bit sceptical about refurbished having bought something before from another site and it been a complete waste. I have to say this is not the case with this phone it come in excellent condition and as close to brand new condition on the outside as you can get. Everything on the inside works perfect and i am over the moon with my purchase the other half is happier than I am. I’d definitely use this site again for anything really given that the phone is fantastic. Great service arrived well ahead of time and well packed. Phone arrived way early than I thought so that was a bonus. To start with phone was fine there was no problems at all until maybe a few days after I started using the phone then the touchscreen stopped working and there no way to force power off with an iPhone so I need to wait until it dies then turn it back on to get the touchscreen working again

Bought as a back up for my wife's phone so didn't mind buying a "fair" reconditioned model. I was somewhat surprised when. Backmarket sent a phone I have concluded was brand new. Nothing to make me think otherwise.....except the price! Well pleased.
