I order the iPhone 14 Pro max 128GB. This is my first time buying a refurbished phone and so far it is amazing. I got the condition in excellent and there was no scratches at all. The phone looks brand new and works so fast. Battery health is at 86% which I was hoping for higher but still impressed for a refurbished phone. I will definitely use this site again.

I have waited for over a month since I got my new (refurbished) iPhone 14 Pro Max so that I can give a very honest review and I can say I don’t have any regrets buying refurbished because I can’t tell any difference from new. The phone looks excellent and works well with no issues. The delivery was quick and all I can say is I would recommend it for anyone.

The seller was quick to ship the item, and it arrived in pristine condition. The only flaw was that there was a blockage in audio, but I took this to Apple who quickly ran a diagnostic and cleaned out the speakers. All other checks came back clear and they advised the phone was in great condition. Would definitely recommend if wanting to buy a refurbished phone, as the price was extremely competitive and the condition is brilliant.

Counteroffer of £338.00 for your iPhone 14 Pro, order number: GB-25225-XAQON. I’m seriously concerned about the photograph supplied by the refurbisher as their evidence for couunteroffer. I do not believe the phone I have sent them as trade is the one they have photographed. The screen of my phone was immaculate with absolute no deep scratches and I took your advice and photographed it myself before putting in the post. I was so pleased with my purchase from you I was inclined to accept the counteroffer when it came through, but after seeing the so say evidence, I’m feeling a victim of an error or sharp practise and considering returning the new phone and walk away from the whole deal. Honestly blown away with how good the phone and service have been. Ordered on Friday arrived on Saturday! I got the Excellent and it was absolutely pristine like a brand new phone, i’ve had it for a week now and it’s perfect i’ve had no issues and would definitely buy a refurbished item from BackMarket again!!!
