Absolutely over the moon with my purchase. I would never know this was a refurbished phone as it looked new on arrival and works brilliantly. Even happier knowing I’ve reduced my carbon footprint through recycling. Never buying new again.

I was a little concerned buying another reconditioned phone having had a less than smooth experience returning a faulty one to an Amazon Marketplace seller. No worries here. I thought the packaging was a little unusual but it did the job. The phone arrived quicker than expected and in perfect condition. Having checked it out fairly thoroughly I am satisfied that it works perfectly too. All in all I am a very happy customer.

All round excellent service, phone received was like new for excellent condition option. You save money and minimise the environmental impact by trading in older phones for refurbished ones. Will be buying another soon!

The phone was in better condition than expected for being “good”. A few light scratches and battery health at 78%, but no big deal as it lasts the whole day for my use. Would recommend and buy refurbished iPhones on Back Market again!

The phone was is absolutely first rate condition. Wouldn't have know it was refurbished. Delivery was extremely quick, a minor 24hr delay due to a numpty delivery driver, but again, great customer service from DPD resolved that quickly. So overall could not recommend more highly. Will definitely use again when purchasing more devices.

My phone arrived quickly and despite not paying for the highest quality refurbished phone, the battery health is 100% and i can’t see any dents/scratches on the back or sides. Trading in my old phone was easy, just waiting for it all to be confirmed and receive payment only issue was they have sent a USBC-USBC (used for newer iphones) and the 13 pro requires the original charger, but i already have one so hasn’t effected me
