The phone arrived quickly and looked almost brand new, with only minor marks that are hardly noticeable. It performs flawlessly and has great battery life, camera, and I appreciate the significant savings compared to a new device. And also, surprised my with a brand new charger in the box.

I was really nervous about ordering refurbished after reading a mix of reviews but the phone is almost flawless! A couple small marks around the edge and one on the top of a camera lens (doesn’t affect pictures) but considering how much cheaper it was I’m happy with that! No scratches at all on screen or back. Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro in a fair condition, thrilled and delighted with it. I ordered the 13 Pro in good-grade condition and the body looked nearly flawless. Although the battery health is at 86% it is somewhat of an issue but it's still worth buying refurbished rather than spending nearly 800gbp for a new one. 10/10 would definitely recommend it.
